The newly launched Leadership Arts Alumni Association has now raised over $45,000! This includes approximately $28,000 in general LAAA funding, $5,800 in dedicated Fellowship funding, and over $11,200 raised from auction items and the wine pull at the launch event on May 13, 2009. Thank you to everyone who made this possible!

Architecture in the Arts District
You and a guest are invited to hear Greg Brown, Director of the Dallas Center for Architecture, speak on the architecture in the Arts District. A documentary, I.M. Pei: First Person Singular, which features the Meyerson among other great buildings will be shown immediately afterwards.

DCFA is located between Harwood and St. Paul, on the Woodall Rodgers westbound service road, directly across from the DMA. There is some parking at the front of the building, but it is minimal. If you don’t find a space there, they have a small paved lot that sits behind the former Chase bank at Harwood/Woodall Rodgers. Access to this lot is from Harwood St.
